XXJ Series Spice Materials Pulverizer

The machine is made up of crushing chamber, feeding device, discharging device, pulse deduster, induced draft fan and control cabinet. The machine using the relative motion between fixed plate and active hammer to crush the material quickly. Under the effect of centrifugal force, the shredded material enters into collector through pipe and is discharged by discharge valve. A small part ultrafine dust is absorbed by pulse deduster and filtered and recycled by cloth bag. Output size is controlled by screen mesh and the machine can do continuous production under normal temperature. The color of material won’t change after crushing.
