Application
Fasten Hopesun wet drawing machine is suitable for cord steel wire, hose steel wire, spring steel wire, tempered tire steel wire, gas shielded welding wire, stainless-steel wire, etc.
Feature
1.Full immersed lubricant system, transmission by teeth belt is high efficiency, adopt tension control system to ensure constant tension, low noise.
2.Surface of the capstan adopts the tungsten carbide coating layer for long service life.
3.Equipped with PLC control, dual motor and dual inverter, the color touch screen can monitor running situation and fault display. All technical parameters are set and input on touch screen, high precision and easy to modify.
4.Special alignment device at final die position, keep wire verticality and quality, which is good for next process. Final die is a four-direction adjustable drawing die for adjusting bending and wire diameter.
5.Traverse equip with servo motor, belt clamp, proximity switch to change direction, pitch is adjustable.
6.Protection device for wire disorder, machine auto stops if wire disorder or break.
7.Electric control cabinet: rational design, standard wiring, and clear remark.
8.When emergency stop, the pay-off, wire drawing machine and take-up are stopped without wire broken. Automatic stop when wire breaks, without mess.
