Application
Fasten Hopesun dry drawing machine is designed for drawing high, medium, low carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire, prestressed steel wire, bead wire, hose steel wire, spring steel wire, cord steel wire, etc.
Feature
1. Electric control system adopts field bus technology, all digital control. The electric control system operates stably and reliably.
2. AC variable frequency is adopted to reduce the impact on mechanical transmission caused by motor starting. At the same time, the energy consumption can be reduced.
3. With multiple protection, when the equipment runs at high speed, if the safety cover is open or other faults occur, the equipment will automatically slow down and stop.
4. The interface of the main console has the functions of length display, speed display, fault query, equipment status display, computer mold matching, etc.
5. Reduce the failure rate, improve the working speed and the production efficiency is greatly advanced.
6. No need of foundation work. Our machines are simply placed on the floor and fixed with two bolts at each end.
